Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item if:

  • The item was defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • You change your mind (on select items only, within 48 hours of delivery).


Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the request must be made within 48 hours.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • For electronics, the seal must not be broken unless the item is defective.


Return Process

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.

  3. We will guide you through the pickup or drop-off process.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the item has been inspected and approved.

  • Refunds can be processed via mobile money, bank transfer, or store credit.

  • Refunds typically take 3–7 business days.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food)

  • Digital products and downloads

  • Health and personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear)

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”


Exchange Option

  • If the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered, you can request a replacement instead of a refund.
